Depending whether you are making Sangria for a dinner or a party, you will require different alcohol strengths.
For a dinner, a couple of table spoons of Brandy will be plenty. For a party, you might want add some more, many people even
add Vodka, Rum, Gin or anything else to increase the alcoholic strength of the drink.

Gently stir the mix with a spatula or table spoon.
Next, you will need to leave the Sangria in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, to allow the fruit to soak up the wine. |

Before consumption, when removing the Sangria from the fridge,
add ice cubes and use soda water to reduce the alcohol concentration if required.
In the photo, I added a whole litre of soda water. Enjoy! |
