3 Lemons
3 Oranges
2 Limes
1 Apple
1 Mango

Red Grapes
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Dssp Cinnamon
Brandy
Carbonated Water
Ice cubes
Slice 2 lemons, 2 oranges, and 1 lime.
Make sure to remove all the seeds.
Add all th eslices to a 5 or 6 litre plastic container with a lid.
Slice the apple and mango in cubes,
and half the grapes, removing the seeds.
Juice 1 lemon, 1 orange, and 1 lime.
Add everything to the container.
Add 2 table spoonds of white sugar.
Add cinnamon to taste. 1 dessert spoon is plenty!
Pour the wine in the container.

Depending whether you are making Sangria for a dinner or a party, you will require different alcohol strengths. For a dinner, a couple of table spoons of Brandy will be plenty. For a party, you might want add some more, many people even add Vodka, Rum, Gin or anything else to increase the alcoholic strength of the drink.
At the end, we will also be able to add soda water to reduce the alcohol concentration if required.

Gently stir the mix with a spatula or table spoon.

Next, you will need to leave the Sangria in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours, to allow the fruit to soak up the wine.
Before consumption, when removing the Sangria from the fridge, add ice cubes and use soda water to reduce the alcohol concentration if required.
In the photo, I added a whole litre of soda water.

Enjoy!
